We take the health of our employees, clients and community seriously and have updated our protocols to reflect this. We are the ONLY 24/7 veterinary hospital in SF, and we continue to receive patients the entire twenty-four hours.
When you arrive please stay in your car and call us. If you have not visited us at AIMSS before please fill out a new client form here.
One of our nurses will come get your pet and take them to the treatment area for assessment.
After the doctor has evaluated the pet, you will then be called on the phone by the doctor or one of the nurses on duty, in which a recommendation for care will be given. We will provide an estimate via email and/or over the phone and collect payments via email and/or over the phone.
If you arrived at the hospital on foot or in a taxi/UBER/Lyft please call us when you arrive. Please maintain social distancing with our team when they meet you outside. We will do all we can to keep you safe and meet the needs of your pet.
