Ray Gonzales, Chief Operating Officer

Ray has held many roles in the corporate world including Operations, Marketing, Purchasing, Contract Negotiations, and Human Resources. Ray has owned and operated several business in the past and is also the founder and current President of East Bay Animal Rescue & Refuge (EBARR), a 501c3, all volunteer animal welfare organization in the East Bay. Ray has over 25 years experience in small business and corporate sectors and enjoys working with people and seeing them develop and grow professionally and personally.

Ray enjoys spending time with his family and all the animals he calls his own. He enjoys golf and never misses a UCLA Football game. Ray is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science.

Katie Corrigan, RVT, Practice Manager

Katie is a veterinary technician with almost 20 years of experience working in general, specialty and holistic practices. She spent many years working in Veterinary Neurology and wanted to continue to grow professionally, broadening her experience to not only support animals, but also people and the veterinary practice. She decided to explore the administration aspects of a veterinary hospital starting as a Technician Supervisor and working her way to Practice Manager. In addition, she has been a Public Relations & Marketing Manager and a Business and Leadership Coach/Consultant for veterinary practices in the Bay Area and Reno.

Katie is a graduate of Saint Mary’s College of California with a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership and Organizational studies and is currently pursuing her MBA from Saint Mary’s School of Business and Economics. She lives in the East Bay with her fiancé, two of her three sons and their rescued three cats and Silky Terrier (pictured). She is a Proud Army mom as the oldest of her three sons is currently serving in the U.S Army.
